- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- Cook the hot dogs according to the package directions. I think they taste best grilled, but my wife likes them boiled.
- Split and toast the buns on a grill or under the broiler.
- Place the hot dogs in the buns and, top with 1/8 cup sauerkraut, cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.
